EasyIC aims to provide the perfect collaboration space where talented people can closely work together to achieve the very best results both for themselves and our customers. This environment extends to the many social activities within the company. These activities include team events such as Paintball, Bowling, Wine Appreciation and Cross Country adventures. Our annual Team Building weekend is the highlight of the social calendar that has taken us from the peaks of Transylvania to the waterways of the Danube Delta in recent years.

EasyIC is passionate about encouraging young people to become engineers and develop their full potential within the engineering field. Therefore, as well as experienced engineers, EasyIC actively recruits both interns and new graduates into our team. EasyIC engineers are also encouraged to give presentations and training to students in local Universities in Bucharest and Brasov.
